The value of 1 EFP (Effective Family Protected)is directly tied to our internal profit numbers. The percentages will never change.

Currently 1 EFP = $900 (AT Sales Rep Pay or 57.5% gross profit) for “the standard account”, at $85/m. The standard account includes the service, and equipment financing costs over a 60 - month term.

As we continue to scale, innovate, as we get better pricing it will always positively effect reps.

If you sell an account that is 20% more profitable than, “The Standard" Account”, you will make 20% more. The inverse is also true.

Unfund Percentages

When an account un-funds EVEN AFTER taking back sales commissions the business loses ~$600 - $1,200. This is a massive risk to the business if you bring on reps who produce low quality acucounts.

Why is a reserve account better?

We automatically hold x% of total commissions directly correlated to the risk of the account. The following are the percentages:

E 75% (3rd Look)

D 40 % (3rd Look)

B- 20 % (Mid)

B 12% (Excellent)

A 11% (Excellent)

A+ 10% (Excellent)

Benefits to Rep

IT IS YOUR MONEY. Each rep has an individual reserve fund. It accumulates money as the holds accumulate. When a rep receives a clawback it is charged to the reserve fund.

If rep leaves the company reserve will still payout
Reserve pays out 12 months after initial funding is received.
Reserve will not payout if no money exists, or is negative
Assuming individual reps un-funds correlate heavily with company wide percentages, rep will rarely, if ever experience a reduced paycheck.
If you have good quality, you get paid 90ish % upfront!
